Greenbrae Modern Landscape With Architectural Plants and Succulents To enhance the modern architectural lines of this home, I chose a selection of structural plants for the long narrow planter beds. They include the dramatic succulents Agave 'Blue Flame' and Aeonium Zwartkop and Foxtail Ferns for the shadier areas along the side front entrance. To complete the design I used Parrot's Beak - Lotus maculatus, to cascade down and soften the planter's front walls. It also adds a nice spark of color with its orange flowers during the Summer months.
Other plantings include Grevillea 'Robyn Gordon', Phormium 'Jester', Euphorbia 'Ascot Rainbow' and Grevillea lanigera. The back yard was also redesigned. Photos to come!
